Last year we had the gorgeous Persimmon Lane Cake & Coffee Shop open just 10 minutes away from where we live, and oh my goodness what a treat this place is. With the most stunning setting amongst persimmon trees in a quiet country road, Persimmon Lane Cake & Coffee Shop is an absolute delight. As you pull up the driveway beautiful trees and an expansive lawn area surrounds the most delightful purpose-built white cottage. An all-weather verandah looks out over this beautiful space. Stepping inside to see the array of scrumptious offerings is just as impressive. From cakes to savoury and healthier options too, Persimmon Lane have it all. My treat today was Apple and Feijoa Crumble. Oh, and by the way, the coffee was superb too! Come and have a look...
