How to Create a Distressed Frame

For those of you have attended one of my workshops you will have seen the photo frame I use for my price list. So many people ask me how I did it, so I thought it was the perfect thing to do a Facebook LIVE on.

The frame is one I purchased from a Dollar Store, and it was just $6.

This is such an easy process, and can be completed in 30 minutes easily.

Looks great, to get this look with a blue plastic mirror painted white, would I need to paint either black/ silver then white over top to get an aged effect.
