When I started my first business, I was petrified of selling. I had no experience of it whatsoever, yet I managed to sell my children's affirmation cards into 38 retail stores nationwide in New Zealand; and that was back in 1998. This was a time when only giants we now know, like Amazon and eBay were online, so that was not an option for me. There was no social media either.
Today, there has never ever been an easier time to run a business. With social media and online marketing and selling, the sky really is the limit in terms of the number of people you can reach, for a relatively small cost.
In this module you will need to be thinking about your target audience and your story (from module 1), and how you're going to apply a marketing strategy to sell your products or services to them.
